Unique items like bagel sticks and bialys are also available in addition to popular lunch items like fresh sandwiches, salads, soups and, of course, coffee. The 1,500- to 1,800-square-foot restaurants have room for 20 to 40 tables—often used for business meetings or just catching up with neighbors.
