As the nation’s largest operator of bagel bakeries and the leader in the quick casual segment of the restaurant industry, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group is moving with the cultural shift toward food that is fast, but never tastes that way. Think fresh-baked goods, made-to-order sandwiches, crisp salads and gourmet coffee.
We currently own three independent brands including Einstein Bros.® Bagels, Noah’s New York Bagels®, and Manhattan Bagel®. Each sporting their own identity, the brands work independently in niches nationwide, but are growing stronger each year under the powerful umbrella of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group.
Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. is a leading company in the quick casual restaurant industry that operates locations primarily under the Einstein Bros. and Noah's New York Bagels brands and primarily franchises locations under the Manhattan Bagel brand. The company's retail system consists of approximately 800 restaurants in 40 states and the District of Columbia. It also operates a dough production facility.

Serving great food takes a lot of behind-the-scenes work. We can attest to that. From selecting just the right blends of coffee to distributing fresh dough, ENRGI protects its reputation for high-quality food every day.
Years of technical experience and a highly trained staff have made producing and properly freezing dough a science. Einstein Noah Restaurant Group currently operates a dough-making facility where dough is produced to particular specifications for the Einstein Bros. and Manhattan Bagel brands.
Marketing is a key ingredient in our business process. Our programs typically target very specific markets/regions and utilize local promotional media, from print advertising to radio and billboards. Company-owned and franchised locations are required to purchase local advertising and to contribute to the brand’s marketing fund, which provides stores with support such as in-store promotional materials.
Research and Development
ENRGI’s family of brands boasts a portfolio of tastes that is the result of two things: superior ingredients and mind-bending culinary creativity. Not only were we sloshing around Balsamic vinegar before it was "in", we also started using Gouda cheese long before it was cool. From utilizing our state-of-the-art test kitchen facility in Lakewood, Colorado to constant innovation aimed at meeting ever-changing consumer tastes, we obsess over getting the food right, getting it to our guests, and doing those things two steps ahead of the competition.
